Shipping policy

Orders fulfilled directly by AbLe Cart are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public/bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message (if details provided) with your tracking information. Products sent directly by one of our partners or manufacturers may have different processing and delivery times, which will be shown where applicable.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery

Rates above apply to eligible UK orders fulfilled directly by AbLe Cart. Products fulfilled by our partners or manufacturers may have separate delivery rates and delivery estimates.

Free Delivery (UK only)

Free Standard Delivery is applied automatically to eligible orders of £39.99 or more.

These free-delivery thresholds apply to eligible products fulfilled directly by AbLe Cart. Products sent directly by our partners or manufacturers may have their own shipping charges or free-delivery thresholds. Your final delivery options and charges will always be shown at checkout.

Products Sent Directly by Our Partners

Some products available from AbLe Cart are stored and dispatched directly by our trusted partners or manufacturers. This allows us to offer a wider range of products without every item being held at our own fulfilment location.

These products may be shipped separately from other items in your order and may have different shipping charges, delivery times or free-delivery thresholds. If your basket contains products from more than one fulfilment location, you may therefore see more than one shipping charge.

You do not need to calculate this yourself. All applicable shipping charges and available delivery options will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We offer tracked international delivery to supported destinations. Available services and shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery country, order weight, parcel details and fulfilment location.

Import duties are included for international orders where indicated at checkout. You will not be charged additional import duties or taxes on delivery where duties and taxes have been included as part of your order.

Available carriers, services, delivery estimates and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for your destination. Products sent directly by a partner or manufacturer may use a different delivery service.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email and WhatsApp where applicable. Where available, a tracking link will be included so you can follow your delivery.

Orders fulfilled by AbLe Cart to the UK are sent tracked via either Royal Mail, Yodel, EvRi, DPD, DHL or FedEx.

International orders fulfilled by AbLe Cart are sent using the carrier and service selected at checkout, including FedEx International Connect and DHL where available.

Products dispatched directly by our partners or manufacturers may use different carriers and may generate separate tracking information. If your order is dispatched in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.

Possible Delays

While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays can happen due to:

• Public holidays or high-volume promotional periods
• Courier delays or weather disruptions
• Customs clearance for international orders
• Different processing times for products dispatched directly by our partners or manufacturers

If your UK order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery period, or your international order is significantly beyond the delivery estimate provided at checkout, please get in touch via our Contact page and we'll look into it.

We ship throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations available at checkout. Estimated transit times differ between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate parcels and may have separate shipping charges. Delivery options, shipping charges and any applicable free-delivery thresholds are calculated automatically at checkout.
