🔁 Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unused and in original packaging)
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Return Instructions & Fees
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Note: Defective products are exempt from these charges. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will resolve it quickly and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care items (e.g. opened beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a separate new order.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please email us via our Contact Page.
