Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Instructions & Fees

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back.

Return label cost: £2.99 — deducted from your refund

Defective or faulty items are not subject to return label charges. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive something that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away — we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Opened personal care or hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or item? The quickest way to get what you need is to return your original order and place a new one separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank may take a little extra time to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't seen it, please contact us and we'll look into it.
